These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the cd45 platform and all services provided therein. By registering an account or using any cd45 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active cd45 account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited pending a review of activity.

1 General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cd45 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the cd45 website at cd45.app and all related services, products, games, and features made available through that website ("the Services").
By accessing the cd45 website, creating an account, making a deposit, participating in any game, or accepting any promotional offer, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by all of its provisions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the cd45 platform and close your account.
cd45 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, cd45 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the cd45 platform following the publication of any updated Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of those updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically to ensure you remain informed of the current version.
cd45 is an online entertainment platform providing real-money gaming services, including sports betting on cricket (BPL, T20, IPL, and international fixtures), live casino games, slot titles, and specialty games. The platform operates as a business-to-consumer service targeting adult players resident in Bangladesh. All monetary values displayed on the cd45 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with the cd45 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the platform. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and any promotional terms, the promotional terms shall apply to the specific promotion only, and this Agreement shall govern all other matters.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to the cd45 platform and all of its services is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. By creating an account on cd45, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. cd45 takes its obligations regarding the protection of minors extremely seriously and operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling.
In addition to the minimum age requirement, you must also satisfy the following eligibility criteria in order to register and maintain an active cd45 account:
- You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
- You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
- You are not an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of cd45 or any of its affiliated companies or technology partners.
- You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by cd45 or by any third-party gambling restriction scheme.
- You are of sound mind and are not using funds that belong to a third party to make deposits on the cd45 platform.
- You have not previously had a cd45 account closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
cd45 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. If you are unable to provide satisfactory proof of age when requested, cd45 may suspend or permanently close your account and may withhold any balance pending investigation.
Parents and guardians are reminded that parental control software is available and recommended for households where minors may have access to devices on which the cd45 platform is accessible. cd45 is not liable for any minor who gains access to the platform through a registered adult account.
Gambling is an adult activity. Access to cd45 is strictly restricted to players aged 18 years and above. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful.
3 Account Registration & Management
To access the full range of cd45 services — including real-money betting, live casino, and slot games — you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if any details change after registration.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the cd45 platform. The opening of duplicate, secondary, or shadow accounts — whether under the same name or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where cd45 identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual, all but the original account will be closed without notice, and any bonuses claimed or winnings generated through duplicate accounts may be voided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cd45 login credentials. Do not share your password with any third party. cd45 will never ask for your password via email or chat.
Providing false registration information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
cd45 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in line with standard anti-money-laundering best practices. KYC verification may be requested at registration or at any subsequent point, particularly before the processing of withdrawal requests above defined threshold amounts. KYC documents accepted include: Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, driver's licence, and recent utility bills or bank statements as proof of address. All KYC documents are handled in accordance with the cd45 Privacy Policy.
Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. cd45 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the platform from time to time. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
cd45 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically selected for the convenience of players in Bangladesh. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. cd45 does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in the player's own name. Third-party payment attempts — where the source account belongs to a different individual — will be declined and returned.

Withdrawal Rules
- Withdrawal requests are processed during standard operating hours. cd45 aims to process all mobile wallet withdrawals within minutes of approval during normal business conditions.
- Players must use the same payment method for withdrawals as was used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.
- Withdrawals may be subject to KYC verification. Players who have not yet completed KYC verification may experience delays or limitations on withdrawal amounts until verification is complete.
- cd45 reserves the right to impose a minimum withdrawal amount of ৳500 on mobile wallet methods and ৳2,000 on bank transfer methods.
- Withdrawal requests involving bonus-derived balances are subject to the wagering requirements associated with the relevant bonus. No withdrawal of bonus funds will be processed until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
- cd45 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals via mobile wallet methods. Bank transfer withdrawals may incur a small processing fee, which will be disclosed at the point of withdrawal request.
- In cases where fraud, money laundering, or other financial irregularities are suspected, cd45 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reject any withdrawal request and to freeze the associated account pending investigation.
5 Bonus & Promotions Policy
cd45 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin packages, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the point of offer, which must be read in conjunction with this section of the Terms & Conditions.
The cd45 welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to new players who make a qualifying first deposit. The bonus is credited as a percentage match on the deposit amount, up to the stated maximum. Players must opt in to the welcome bonus at the time of their first deposit; the bonus cannot be applied retrospectively to a deposit that was made without opting in.
cd45 enforces the following general bonus policy rules across all promotional offers:
- Only one welcome bonus is permitted per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts will result in account closure.
- Bonuses may only be used on games and betting markets designated as eligible for the specific promotion. Certain game categories (e.g., live dealer tables, specific jackpot slots) may be excluded from bonus wagering contribution or may contribute at a reduced rate.
- cd45 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, to amend bonus terms, or to cancel a bonus credited to a player's account where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of a technical error, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- Players who have accepted a bonus may be subject to withdrawal restrictions until the wagering requirement attached to that bonus is satisfied. Players who wish to withdraw before completing the wagering requirement may do so, but any outstanding bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited.
- Free spins issued as part of a promotional offer are subject to the same general bonus policy. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the stated wagering requirement before withdrawal.
- cd45 does not permit bonus stacking unless explicitly stated in a specific promotion's terms. Players may not combine two or more separate bonuses on a single deposit or wagering cycle unless a "stack" offer is expressly advertised.
- All bonus values and wagering requirements are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).
6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the cd45 platform, you agree to use it only for its intended purpose as a lawful entertainment service. You further agree to conduct yourself in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and with the standards of fair play that cd45 maintains for the benefit of all players on the platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the platform in a way not available to regular human players.
- Exploiting software errors, game malfunctions, display glitches, or pricing errors in betting markets. Any winnings derived from an acknowledged technical error will be voided, and the error-affected bet or wager will be settled at the correct odds or game outcome.
- Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to defraud cd45 or other players on the platform.
- Using the cd45 platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your cd45 account credentials to any third party, or accessing any other player's account without authorisation.
- Making deposits using payment accounts that do not belong to you, or funding your cd45 account with funds obtained through fraudulent or criminal activity.
- Submitting false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with cd45's customer support team.
- Abusing the cd45 bonus system by registering multiple accounts, making artificial deposits solely to meet bonus turnover requirements without genuine gaming intent, or otherwise attempting to exploit promotional offers contrary to their intended purpose.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing cd45 staff or other players in any communication channel associated with the platform.
Where cd45 determines that a player has engaged in any of the above prohibited conduct, cd45 reserves the right to take immediate action, which may include: suspending or permanently closing the relevant account; withholding or forfeiting any balance in the account pending investigation; reporting the conduct to relevant financial intelligence or law enforcement authorities; and pursuing civil or criminal remedies as appropriate.
7 Account Suspension & Closure
Players may request the closure of their cd45 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, cd45 will process the request within a reasonable timeframe. Any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their preferred registered withdrawal method, subject to any outstanding KYC requirements and wagering obligations.
cd45 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions by the account holder.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime associated with the account.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a requested timeframe.
- Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of this Agreement, including underage gambling.
- Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months, following the advance notice procedure described in Section 3.
- A request for self-exclusion submitted by the account holder under the cd45 Responsible Gaming Policy.
- Receipt of a legal order or regulatory direction requiring the suspension or termination of the account.
Where an account is closed by cd45 due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions or due to fraudulent activity, cd45 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending a full investigation. The outcome of that investigation will determine whether any balance is returned to the player or forfeited. cd45 will not return deposits or bonuses where a player has been found to have engaged in fraud, abuse, or illegal activity.
8 Responsible Gaming
cd45 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing players with the tools they need to manage their gambling activity in a healthy and sustainable way. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining and enjoyable activity. We recognise, however, that for some players gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.
All registered cd45 players have access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from their account dashboard:
- Deposit Limits: Set a voluntary cap on daily, weekly, or monthly deposits. Limits take effect immediately when set. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before they become effective.
- Loss Limits: Define a maximum loss threshold per session, per day, or per week. Once reached, further play is restricted for the defined period.
- Session Reminders: Configure time-based notifications that alert you when you have been playing for a defined duration, helping you maintain awareness of time spent gaming.
- Cool-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from the platform for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, your account remains open but access to real-money gaming is suspended.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from all cd45 services. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon confirmation. Reinstatement after a permanent self-exclusion requires a minimum cooling-off period and a formal review process.

Any account found to have been accessed during a self-exclusion period through duplicate or shadow accounts will be subject to immediate permanent closure.
By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge that you are aware of the risks associated with real-money gambling, that you are playing of your own free will, and that you are not using gambling as a means to address financial difficulties. cd45 strongly advises that you never gamble more than you can comfortably afford to lose.
